We left at 6:30 so we could make it into port prior to sundown. I was looking forward to Puerto Vallarta as it would be a good port with lots of fun things to do. This was also the point at which Gary would return home and Matt would re-join us. We had planned 4 days here so we had time to look around a bit.
We arrived in the evening and walked the town. There was a farmers market and craft fair going on along the Malecon so we took a walk around and bought a few items. Barb bought an outfit for Mateo and Gary got a necklace for Mariana.
We enjoyed a nice dinner and headed home for a well deserved rest.
The next morning, Gary helped me install the air conditioning vents in the pilot house.
I was all prepared to make the plenum that would switch the pilot house air to the bedrooms and back but the glowforge would not work so I had to make a temporary solution to just run all four vents at the same time until I could get parts for the glowforge.
We all celebrated with a nice outdoor meal by at an Italian restaurant by the marina. It was Gary's last day and what a nice way to conclude his visit.
The next morning, we got the breakfast buffet at the local hotel and got Gary to the airport. Barb and I went to Walmart to grocery shop for provisions.
Matt arrived that afternoon and we were ready to head out on our next adventure.
