Well we moved on to Prisoners harbor and anchored. It was not as protected as we would like but it seemed calm. We decided the activity of the day would be a hike. There is a pier we tied to and walked onto the island. There was the remains of the ranch at the top of the pier.
Lots of roads leading to places on the island but we were restricted to just a few we. The island is owned by the Santa Cruz Conservatory and the National Park Service. We picked a road and marched off. It was a beautiful place but the road was steep and quite a climb.
After the hike we were tired but we explored the area by dinghy before returning to Coda.
more caves and wildlife.
A perfect day and a nice evening,
