Absolutely a perfect day to travel by boat. The water was flat calm and the sun was bright. We got off to a fairly late start from La Conner but it was a perfect day. Stopped into Matia but the dock was full so we headed to Shallow bay on Sucia Island for a perfect end to the day

After a perfect day; of course, a perfect sunset and safe arrival drink on the back deck.

Things could not have been better... A bit of foreshadowing here!
OK -- since we moved -- we have a new tech section -- nerds rejoice!

It looks like Matt has been playing with the format. I see new flags in my chart!

What a beautiful sunset. Happy for the calm water and your new spiffy oven and drawer. We just got a text from good boating friends and they just just cleared Van Isle Marina customs at 9 AM (Sat, 15th) heading for Alaska. They have a 36 or 39 Nordic Tug named Harmony Bay. Rob and Barb Hylton. If you run into them please go introduce youself, He loves to cook and both are beyond knowledgeable boaters in every way. You all would enjoy them and they would welcome getting to know all of you. They have been to Alaska several times and out to the Queen Charlottes. I am going to warn them about you. haha.
